  • Designed and developed a full-scale MIS Dashboard using ASP.NET, providing real-time access to financial and customer reports across multiple banking departments.
  • Built a Customer 360° View module consolidating account status, KYC, core banking data, and digital services (credit/debit cards, mobile & internet banking) into a single staff interface via CIF ID lookup.
  • Automated daily KYC compliance notifications to branch managers, streamlining pending update tracking and strengthening regulatory adherence.
  • Delivered a multi-feature IT Monitoring Module including EOD checklist tracking, automated email feedback system, and IT asset management — significantly improving operational visibility.
  • Developed Lien Amount and Freeze Account features within the Core Banking System (CBS) for the Central Support Department, enabling automated fund restriction and release based on business rules.
  • Designed and enforced a granular Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) system with access list management, ensuring data integrity and least-privilege security across all user roles.
